Classic old Australian dance tunes, learned from Margaret Fagan. Since learning the ubiquitous Fandangle we’ve heard it claimed by players from Ireland, Somerset and French Canada. Concertinas and fiddles were very popular in the early Australian dance halls, and James is sure that guitar-shaped bouzoukis would have been too, had they been invented.
